30-day return window: Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns: Non-defective items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee; original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for these returns.
Damaged or defective electronics: If your electronics arrive damaged or stop working within the first 30 days due to a manufacturer defect, we provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
Exclusions: Software, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Approved refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
