Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. This allows us to maintain fast delivery times and high service standards for our domestic customers.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your tech is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard USA shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Priority options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
